Maintenance and extension of electric furnace

In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the electric furnace, the following key points must be noted: First, regularly check the connection status of the joints of the electric furnace and the controller to ensure that they are good and tight; second, the electric furnace and the controller should be placed in a suitable working environment to avoid exposure to high humidity, conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas; in addition, the working environment temperature of the controller should be controlled within the range of 0-50℃; at the same time, the rated power of the electric furnace and the controller must not be exceeded during use, and the furnace temperature must not exceed the maximum operating temperature; in particular, it is forbidden to load wet workpieces into the furnace, and the heated workpieces containing ultra-high moisture should be dried in advance; finally, be sure to keep the furnace clean, remove metal oxides, slag and impurities in time, and be careful when loading and unloading workpieces. Following these maintenance measures will help extend the service life of the electric furnace.
