A: The normal proofing time is 10-15 days, and some products that need to be modified will be extended accordingly.

A: For example, if a small charcoal grill needs customized package, the production time is 20-25 days; for large-scale gas grills, the production cycle is 35-45 days.

Q: Can the proofing fee be refunded after placing an order?

A: 100% of the sample fee for regular products can be refunded after placing an order; 50% can be refunded for customized samples if a bulk order is placed.

Q: How do you sell after-sales parts of your products?

A: Usually we will give away some vulnerable parts for free according to the quantity of the order. If you need additional after-sales parts, we will list the cost of the additional parts list, and then combine it with the cost of the order to facilitate your company to pay.

Q: If the product needs to be customized in color, what is the minimum order?

A: 300 small charcoal stoves and 150 large stoves.

Q: What is your payment method?

A: We usually use TT mode, and the deposit can be 20% or 30%. For domestic shipments, the balance payment should be paid before delivery; for regular export orders, please refer to the copy of the bill of lading to pay the balance payment.

Q: Can you add LED lights to your gas grill knobs?

A: Yes, the individual LED knobs will cost $1.50/piece more than ordinary ones.
