History of Gas Stove Development

In 1969, Iwatani Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan developed the first portable gas stove. In the 1990s, the gas stove was introduced for cooking hot pot. Before the 20th century, there were almost no gas stoves in China. It was not until 2002-2003 that research and development began, but the product structure was simple and the function was single. After 2003, the gas stove market emerged, and various gas stove appliances outside China entered China. The quality and appearance of gas stove products have been constantly changing, the product variety has been continuously enriched, and the function has been continuously improved. At the same time, the panel, combustion system and ignition device have been improved. The panel materials include cold plate spraying, aluminum burner head, copper burner head, surface electroplating or zinc spraying treatment, plug valve and spiral valve, piezoelectric ceramic electronic ignition device, which improves the ignition rate and improves the durability and reliability of gas stoves. After 2009, China's cassette furnace industry entered a stage of rapid development, and the safety, appearance treatment, heat-resistant furnace shell and pot rack, and printing technology of plug valve cassette furnaces were gradually improved and upgraded.
